Jessie’s career has spanned both the public and private sector including Local Government, financial services and the IT arena.
Shifting her career from that of an internal HR professional to the consulting realm saw Jessie working closely with senior management across a variety of industries. Jessie has developed a strong network of clients and candidates, building her name as an ethical exemplar within the profession.

Marisa is an independent consultant providing Cavill Mayor’s clients with psychometric profiling and coaching services. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications and is accredited in a number of Psychometric and Assessment tools including BarOn EQ (Emotional Intelligence Inventory and 360) and Hogan Assessment Systems (Personality).
Marisa sits on the Melbourne Business School / Mount Eliza Executive Coaching Panel and has held coaching contracts with Victoria Parliament, AGL, Oakton, Masterfoods and Executives from a range of other industries. Marisa is the President of the International Coach Federation Victoria Chapter (the professional body) and is a qualified Executive coach with international accreditation.
